Yes — Carolina Grace is currently accepting new patients. Because we operate a boutique model with a limited patient panel, availability is intentionally finite.
Yes. Telehealth appointments are available for all services — counseling, hormone therapy consultations, and medical weight loss. If you’re located anywhere in South Carolina, you can access Carolina Grace Wellness without coming into our Summerville office.
No referral is needed. You can schedule counseling directly online, or call (843) 900-3590 or email Getstarted@carolinagracebcc.com to get started with Wellness or Counseling services. Provider referrals may be faxed to (854) 246-8965.
